Sals on Main Street in Oneonta is the king of cold cheese. Many a long lonely night was spent stumbling Home from Sal’s with a slice of cold cheese.

Not a crime The cold cheese slice is something I’ve been intrigued by over the years but have never tried. I’ll tell you what I have done though, and that’s burn the roof of my mouth on a hot slice after one too many beers on a night out. It’s a genius idea, I’ll try it someday!

I tried this way back in the day while visiting SUNY Oneonta. I remember really enjoying it, but I was also in the proper *state of mind* to truly appreciate it.

Idk I’m Italian American from NYC (Brooklyn) ((bensonhurst so I’m kind of a pizza guy)) and I don’t see why this wouldnt be good. Then again we eat mozzarella cold like this just for no reason sometimes by itself.
